Your credit card will show that you are billed by Custom Glass Etching twice, first for your purchase second, for shipping and handling. To provide you with information that your order is processing, check to see if your credit card has been charged, if it has not been charged you need to contact us in writing and get a response from us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service or product at anytime, prior to us billing your credit card. You will be sent an invoice for all charges once shipped, all charges are due thirty days after you receive an invoice. We do not know the shipping charges until your order is picked up by the carrierr, therefore we can not quote a shipping price. We cannot accept purchase orders or company checks.
Once your order has been charged to your credit card, it can not be cancelled because, it is in process. You may not cancel the order if your order is delayed or lost in transit. We process your order on a first come first served basis; however, we will adhere to your requested delivery date and will use the necessary shipping methods to meet that date.
Shipping Policy Shipping and Charges:
The minimum weight of UPS is one pound. We reserve the right to change and choose other carriers if the shipping cost and delivery time is not affected. We cannot use your shipping number for FedEx or UPS etc. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY SHIPPING CHARGES OR HANDLING FEE BE REFUNDED. Each package will have a shipping and handling fee, if more than one package a total will be on your invoice. You will have two charges on your card first award charge which includes set up, inscription and/or logo. Second charge will be for shipping and service.
