Your credit card will show that you are billed by Custom Glass Etching twice, first for your purchase second, for shipping and handling. You will be sent an invoice for all charges once shipped. We do not know the shipping charges until your order is picked up by the carrier. We cannot accept purchase orders or company checks.
Once your order has been charged to your credit card, it can not be cancelled. You may not cancel the order if your order is delayed or lost in transit. Awards canceled and not etched will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We have no control after the package is picked up by the carrier.
We process your order on a first come first served basis; however, we will adhere to your requested delivery date and will use the necessary shipping methods to meet that date.
Shipping Policy Shipping and Charges:
The minimum weight of UPS is one pound. We reserve the right to change and choose other carriers if the shipping cost and delivery time is not affected. We cannot use your shipping #, FedEx UPS etc. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY SHIPPING CHARGES OR HANDLING FEE BE REFUNDED. Each package will have a shipping and handling fee, if more than one package a total will be on your invoice.
